Steve is a Founding Partner of The Royal Jesters Group which was founded in 2018 with a particular focus on establishing luxury lifestyle concepts, including cocktail bars, restaurants, nightclubs and top of the range retail brands.
Before his widely acclaimed role as Executive Director of Marketing & Entertainment at VIP Bottle Club Pangaea at Marina Bay Sands (working directly under the founder Michael Van-Cleef Ault) Steve was the GM of Ministry of Sound's 2,800 capacity super club in Bandar Sunway, Opening GM of Malaysian Royalty's favourite hangout The Sultan Lounge in KL, Beverage Director of The Mandarin Oriental in Singapore as well as the GM of Crazy Horse Paris at Clarke Quay.
Steve has also been a long term partner of The Podium Lounge assisting founder Robbie Hoyes-Cock in the global expansion of the luxurious Formula 1 Weekend After-Party to Abu Dhabi, Monaco & Melbourne.
Robbie Hoyes-Cock founded The Podium Lounge at The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore in 2009 and has built this Grand Prix Season VIP Party into a global brand and destination for Formula 1 Drivers, Celebrities and Royalty in Singapore, Abu Dhabi, Monaco & Melbourne. Robbie is also a co-founder of The Monarchy brand and investor in The Royal Jesters Group.
Whilst studying at Eton College, Robbie rubbed shoulders with Great Britain's landed gentry and shared his time at the public school, built by King Henry VI in 1440, with HRH Prince William of Wales, HRH Prince Harry Duke of Sussex, Prince Nirajan of Nepal and Prince Faisal Bandar of Saudi Arabia.
Robbie is also a partner of The Singapore International Jazz Festival (The Late Show) at Marina Bay Sands and CEO & Founder of GreatNewPlaces.com, which is the #1 Authority on New Places in Singapore and boasts a member base of 75,000 expats, socialites and high affluence segment event goers.
Former Group Beverage Director of Burnt Ends, Meatsmith & Rogue Trader, Rob Scott lives and breathes premium spirits, imaginative ingredients & the highly stylized energy of his bars. As General Manager & Head Barman of The Monarchy, Rob will be introducing a new cocktail list quarterly, enabling guests to take multiple journeys through the history of Great Britain's most popular tastes and tipples of the day.
Drawing on traditional cocktails for inspiration but utilizing novel ingredients with a twist is what underlies Rob's ambition to leave an indelible mark on Singapore's electrifying cocktail scene and a culmination of everything he has learnt from his time running pubs, fancy restaurants, trendy cafes, stylish bars and whisky haunts.
An industry stalwart of 6 years with humble beginnings at Hard Rock Cafe, Sentosa followed by 2 years at Ku De Ta (now called Ce La Vi) at the top of Marina Bay Sands. Danny then joined 28 HongKong Street as the Junior Server, soon became the Floor Manager and later rose to Senior Bartender in the space of just 2 years.
Adventurous and loves socializing. Tina started out at Insomnia, Chijmes and has also worked as a server at Timbre, Beaujolais Wine Bar and The Screening Room.
Tina has also run the door at Rakes, Canvas and most recently at VLV at Clarke Quay and also has excellent nightlife experience from assisting in the running of large scale events including Beerfest Asia and Comedy Nights with Kumar.
A bubbly and well-known face around town from her stints as a key player in the membership team at 1880 as well as from her time as an Assistant Show Director at Lulu's Lounge, Pan Pacific Hotel. Vanessa's background is in Musical Theatre which has taken her as far as Cape Town, South Africa and as a naturally social lady, Vanessa never stops smiling and enjoys both entertaining and hugs!
Started his career at The Cufflink Club as a pot wash and worked his way up to be one of the main bartenders that helped The Cufflink Club win the prestigious award - "Top 10 Highest Volume Bar in the World". He later worked at Vasco on HongKong Street, first as a bartender and then as floor manager before taking on the role of co-bar manager at Butcher Boy. His cocktails speak for themselves and he is always lively, jovial and ready to entertain.
Has an outstanding 5 years of bartending experience in both notable & award winning cocktail bars and restaurants in Singapore including Bacchanalia, Ah Sam Cold Drink Stall, El Tardeo, Horse’s Mouth & Employees Only.
Ben has also done a series of successful guest bartending across South East Asia at ABV, The Curator, Yes Please! and OTO (all in Manila), as well as The Pontiac (Hong Kong), Omakase & Appreciate and JungleBird (both in Kuala Lumpur).
With a super engaging personality, no matter how slammed the bar, his quick-witted banter & comebacks as well as his spectacular showmanship makes him a brilliant member of The Monarchy bar team.
Worked in the bar at Employees Only for two year having stumbled into the profession. Learned how to bartend American style ''free pour''. Hazel is hugely charismatic, fun to be around and is well loved for making proper drinks!
Morten owns a successful management consulting business in Europe and is building his business in Asia greenfield while being an active investor and maintaining a variety of board and advisory roles as well as non-profit activities. Morten has lived in Asia since the 90s and is a founding partner and investor in The Royal Jesters Group (The Monarchy Cocktail Bar & Ultra Lounge) and fine dining Restaurant JAG at 76 Duxton Road.
Praveen runs a boutique trading and distribution company working with Swiss watches and other luxury fashion houses from Europe. He is also a founding partner and investor in The Royal Jester Group.
